This two-day seminar covers the fundamentals of correct running technique. Participants will learn how to improve their maneuverability and increase their capacity to handle various terrain including uneven surface, slopes, ice and sand, running while carrying a load, a backpack.
This seminar also creates an important skill based foundation for instructors who are tasked with carrying out the ACFT to help improve the scores of their cadre.

MIXED MEDIA EDUCATIONAL COURSE
POSE METHOD® OF RUNNING (Level 1)
This online course delivers the science of running in easy terms and clear language. Upon completion of this online course you will be able to identify the invariable elements within the anatomy of a running stride and how they contribute to a runner’s speed, endurance, and injury prevention, conduct video analysis of the running gait and identify technique errors, explain common injuries associated with poor running technique and address those injuries by correcting technique errors
