The following course is approved as a Certified Activity (Option A) by the Nevada State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and meets the continuing competence requirements for PTs and PTAs in accordance with the Nevada Administrative Code Chapter NAC 640.400.

Nevada Physical Therapy Board uses CE Broker – continuing education system to find, track, and report continuing education to the board. After June 1, 2024, Licensees will be unable to renew their licenses until they have successfully uploaded their CCUs in the CE Broker system.
Take our course(s) or seminars and we will automatically report your continuing education hours once you receive your Certificate of Completion.
NEVADA MINIMUM ANNUAL REQUIREMENT – 15 Continuing Competence Units (CCUs). The current continuing competence requirement in Nevada will be due on July 31, 2025
A licensed physical therapist shall earn a minimum of 15 continuing competence units for each compliance period to be eligible for license renewal.
A physical therapist assistant shall earn a minimum of 15 continuing competence units for each compliance period to be eligible for certificate renewal.
Every physical therapist or physical therapist’s assistant must complete a minimum of 15 CCUs of an approved course within the year immediately preceding his or her application for the renewal of his or her license.
A licensure year begins August 1 and ends July 31.
Continuing Competency Requirement effective January 1, 2025, includes 1 CCU activity concerning Cultural, Access, and Ethical Standards (DEI) within the year immediately preceding their license expiration. This credit will contribute toward the overall required 15 CCUs, rather than in addition to.
