License Renewal Requirements for Physical Therapists + Physical Therapy Assistants
The following course(s) are inline with the Wyoming Board of Physical Therapy standards for approval, and meet the continuing education requirements for PTs and PTAs for continuing education activities in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act (§ 33-25-101-116).
All physical therapists and physical therapist assistants shall obtain thirty (30) continuing competence units (CCUs) every two years to be eligible for renewal. At least fifteen (15) of the required thirty (30) CCUs shall be from Category A.

All physical therapists and physical therapist assistants shall obtain thirty (30) continuing competence units (CCUs) every two years to be eligible for renewal. There may be no carryover of CCUs to the next reporting period.
A licensure/certification reporting cycle begins on October 2 and ends on October 1 of the second year.
