THE POSE METHOD: A STANDARDIZED APPROACH TO RUNNING & INJURY PREVENTION
IMPROVE READINESS AND PHYSICAL FITNESS
This 2-day seminar covers the fundamentals of correct running technique. Participants will learn how to improve their maneuverability and increase their capacity to handle various terrain including uneven surface, slopes, ice and sand, running while carrying a load, a backpack.
This seminar also creates an important skill based foundation for instructors who are tasked with carrying out the ACFT to help improve the scores of their cadre.
