This course has no prerequisites and contains:

  • Intro to running technique and speed development
  • Concept videos along with practical instructions
  • ‘Follow-along’ routines and ‘how-to’ videos
  • Instructions on how to prevent common running related injuries
  • Instructions for video analysis

If taking the online training, the two year concurrent service obligation DOES NOT add additional time to your existing commitments.
